My brand new MacBook Air M2 I just buy is showing the wrong date of purchase back to 1985, I am not sure if this is a known glitch or some type with support, is anyone know what's going on?

I saw it when I accessed my support page on my device, unfortunately the person sold me dont have the receipt any longer he lost at the moment he shipped the device to me the weird thing is that when received the computer all coverage was ok and whenI update to Sonoma the coverage details change to 1985

How convenient of the seller to lose the receipt right when he shipped it to you.
This sounds strange to me.I would want to return the device and get my money back.
I did they couldn't give me a straight answer
I check if the device was stolen and it was not also contacted support they told me restore my device
expired coverage
