No passes or tickets saved in wallet

My brand new Apple watch 9 will not allow me to put passes,

tickets etc in the wallet. It will

only accept credit cards and transit cards. I have been on the phone w Apple support several hours and gone to the store. No one can fix it. Am I the only one with this issue?

Hello rideyobike,

This page can help provide the needed steps for adding passes to the Apple Watch: Add and use passes in Wallet on Apple Watch - Apple Support

Passes in Wallet on your iPhone automatically sync to your Apple Watch.

Set options for your passes
1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap My Watch, then tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
Add a pass using your iPhone
When you do something like purchase a ticket, you often have the option to add it to Apple Wallet.
To add a pass, follow these steps.
1. On your iPhone, open the app, email, message, notification, or other communication that contains your pass.
2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
3. Note: Not all passes are supported by Apple Wallet.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions or tap Add in the upper-right corner.
Using your iPhone, you can also get passes by tapping Add to Apple Wallet from any of the following:
* A web browser such as Safari
* AirDrop sharing
* Wallet notification after you use Apple Pay at a supported merchant
* A QR code or barcode
* To scan the code, open the Camera app on your iPhone, then position the phone so that the code appears on the screen.
Add a pass directly from your Apple Watch
If you’re sent a pass in email or in a message, you can add it directly on your Apple Watch. On your watch, open the email or message that has the pass, tap it, then tap Add to Wallet.

Be sure to also check for any available iOS and watchOS updates on each device at Settings > General > Software Update. That'll ensure they're using the latest fixes/improvements.

Restarting both the Apple Watch and the paired iPhone can also help in some instances by refreshing things.

If all else fails you may try unpairing and re-pairing the iPhone and the Apple Watch. This does erase the Apple Watch when unpairing but it creates a backup before it unpairs: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Cheers.
