On one of the lines use WiFi calling only.

I have two lines on my iPhone, for one of them I prefer the regular cell network for the other I highly prefer WiFi calling to make and receive calls.

Does anyone know how to set this up?

Wifi calling is a specific cellular carrier service/feature. Contact your carrier and ask them.
