I can't find "Name/Apple ID" in settings
Settings: Name/Apple ID
It is no longer highlighted and I cannot figure out how to access it.
Is something blocked or turned off?v

It is blocked most likely due to screen time restrictions. Go to settings>screen time> content and privacy restrictions and turn those off to see if the issues persist
