SOLVED: But keeping here in case someone needs it. I recently purchased an iPhone 13, why can’t I activate my 3 free months of Apple Arcade? Once again, self resolved. I saw that I was eligible for 3 free months of Apple Arcade via my email. But when I go to activate the trial, it only shows an option for a 1 month trial. I also have never used an Apple Arcade trial or purchased a subscription, however I am currently using an Apple Music 3 month trial, if any of that information helps. Any help or ideas as to why this is happening?

I didn´t get the free 3 month trial, instead the app gave me 7days trial. I got a new device and it says i get 3 month trial, but when I tried to start it, it gave me only the 7 days trial. Still on my phone settings, it says that I can get a 3 monts trial

Trial Promotions not activated from new iPad purchase I purchased an ipad pro from best buy and the promotional 3months of Apple TV, Music, Health did appear on my iphone (using the same apple ID). I clicked though to accept the offer, but nothing got activated. This was done yesterday 3/27 [Re-Titled by Moderator]
