Apple Music Removing Downloads iOS 17

Apple Music is randomly removing downloads from songs and playlist. Even after redownloading the songs it gets removed the next day. Anyone else come across this?

Hello banestudent21,

We would like to see how we can help you with your downloaded music. Let's check the storage available for the device currently. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, and let us know what it shows for available. Which iOS 17 version are you currently running? Go to Settings > General > About for the version. If you are not running the latest iOS, 17.0.3, please update with the steps in this link: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
  5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."

Get back to us with these details so that we have a better understanding of the issue, and we can go from there.

Cheers!
