I deleted my bank card in Apple wallet . I want to add a new card. I clicked on the card but it shows how to learn to use other things

I opened the Apple wallet . Deleted the bank card due to having issues with the card . What I want now is to again . But when I click on the the add it shows the message how to learn to do other things
