Hi,
I am unable to swipe down for Control Centre when the phone is locked.
How do I enable this?
I have two iphone 13 pro, one for work and one for private.
For one of them, I can do it without any issue. For the other, I have to unlock the phone before I can swipe down.
Why?

This is usually caused by the device not having access to Control Center while locked in Settings.
You can check if you have this enabled in Settings > Face ID & Passcode, and under the "Allow Access When Locked" section, make sure "Control Center" is enabled.
That should resolve what you're seeing.
