how do i eliminate photos on one business iPad?

is there a way to not have photos on one iPad using the same AppleID as all?

Yes. You will need to disable iCloud Photos from iPad settings:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Photos > Sync This iPad - set to OFF
