My Grandma's mac has an issue and is under warranty, but she is unsure about how to go about it. I offered to take it and mail it in to Apple for her and handle the whole thing and give it back to her when it's finished. Is this something I can even do or will I accidentally void her warranty?

Thanks, I checkout that link. When I input what's wrong with the Mac, it only gives me the option of scheduling a repair. Honestly, the nearest place is kind of far and I'd rather just mail it in. Isn't that supposed to be an option?
