Subscribed for Hotstar via IPhone, Money deducted but nothing happened

Initially I made a payment of Rs. 899/- for my Hotstar account via IPhone which is successful. And then I wanted to upgrade my plan. So I selected Rs. 1099/- plan. Rs. 1099/- is deducted from my bank account. Then at the final step, “An error occurred” notification has popped up. Then Rs. 1099/- plan is not upgraded to my Hotstar account. Bank statement shows I paid 1099 for apple services. I don’t know where my money has gone. Can anyone know what happened to my money?

"How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3.Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4.Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription."
