I found some things in my iMac that I don't have access to

As WheelieNick has posted above, it appears to be some sort of system report.

Generally speaking, I would not fret much about it. There are very many such files stored in locations within the macOS files system.

Also, the system files of the Mac are currently locked and not accessible by the user or other installed non-OS applications and utilities. This keeps the OS secure and safe from malware and unintended tampering. We users do not have the permissions necessary to open and tamper with most of the system software that runs our machines.

I would add that Your computer cannot be hacked into unless you grant that access. Second, the prevention is to use passwords that are varied and complex. They should be so applied to not only the web sites you visit but definitely for Wi-Fi access or any network you access.
