why is my iphone 13 vibrating so agressive

When I get a notification my phone almost buzzes it vibrates really loud and I can’t get it to stop

iPhone vibrates but no notifications my phone randomly just started vibrating a few days ago at random time with like one or two maybe three separate vibrations. there are no notifications that appear when this happens. i’ve tried restarting my phone checking my setting/ notification setting but to no avail.
