I left my family sharing group but is till send app download requests to my parents. How do I fix this

Are you possibly referring to the Ask To Buy feature? If so, see this article for more information about that: Approve what kids buy with Ask to Buy - Apple Support.
This feature can be disabled by following the steps in the "How to turn on or turn off Ask to Buy" section of the article.
