iPhone 15 Pro: is 30% battery after 4 hours screen on time normal?

I’ve had the iPhone 15 Pro since launch day. I came from a 13 Pro which had lost 15% capacity and yet the 15’s battery life is a disappointment.

With WiFi on, Bluetooth off, brightness around 60% and always on screen (but not displaying wallpaper) I am left with 20-30% battery at the end of the day. This is after roughly 4 hours with the screen active - see screenshot.

Is this normal?
