There is no solution for Activation Lock except knowing the Apple ID and Apple ID Password of the person who originally set up the phone.

We hear from users every day who are thinking that they got a great deal on a used phone from "some guy".......but find out that the phone they bought is really only useful as a paperweight.

Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.

If you bought this from someone and it came locked, try to get your money back, you will never be able to use the phone.

You don’t. Recycle it and buy a phone you can use.

There is no “solution” for removing Activation Lock if you bought a phone that is locked to someone you don’t know how to contact. Other than to treat this as an expensive learning experience of what not to do. Activation Lock will remain and Apple will not remove it for you.
