Why is it impossible to delete Cupertino time from the nightstand widget in the new iOS 17?
I have set my time zone to automatic and deleted all clocks but my Sydney time zone yet Cupertino is all that shows up.

Yeah, it is a challenge to change it.
It involves a long-press on the section of the widget that contains Cupertino, then it brings up a search field where you can select another city.
