Airpod MAX connection starts dropping on MacOS Ventura 13.6 and IOS 16.6.1

Recently my AirPods Max has been constantly disconnecting from my Macbook Apple M1 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro.

IOS version: IOS 16.6.1

MacOS version: Ventura 13.6

Airpods MAX version: I am on the latest firmware version: 6A300 (About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support)

Everything was fine a week ago but now if I pull off my headphones from my head, they are disconnected, and clicking the connect button is not helping. The only thing that helps is to reset them and reconnect them I have already done it a few times these days.
