Face ID not working since iOS 17 update?

I am using an iPhone 11 Pro and yesterday my Face ID stopped working. I’ve power cycled, rebooted, reset all settings, cleaned the camera surface and now I’m at a loss. It won’t let me access Face ID at all. Can’t even “reset Face ID”. I’ve read that there’s some issues with this and iOS 17 but I’ve updated to 17.2 and still not working. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

The issue with Face ID suddenly not working is still going on; my iPhone 13 Mini is running 17.2.1 still won't let me use or reset FaceID. I have several family members have the same issue with FaceID not working. I was at a sporting event last week where the recommended approach was to transfer my tickets to Apple Wallet.... which required FaceID to use the tickets in wallet. Fortunately, I checked on the implications of using Apple Wallet and did not use that approach and left the tickets in the ticket app. Otherwise, we (4) would have been unable to enter the event. This is a serious issue and my attempts to address via live support about two weeks ago were unsuccessful. I do not feel this is being taken seriously by Apple.
