iPhone 15 Pro max haptic Sounds extremely loud

I just purchased the iPhone 15 pro max and upon set up had to update to 17.2. After the update all of my notifications (haptic sounds) are beyond loud. It’s annoying! I tried some of the suggestions of using the side buttons to control the haptics and that did not work. I have had to silence them since this is also my business phone. I am not resetting a brand new phone. When is this issue being addressed or what is the current resolution?
