I use a PC laptop, and wanted a copy of all my Apple Notes so I requested one from Apple. I received a link to a .zip folder to download. However, after downloading this file, it does not open on my PC. How can I access this file?
Thanks so much for your response, Miche11e_P! Unfortunately, when I try opening it in Notepad, I get a file full of incomprehensible symbols; and I still cannot seem to unzip the download file, in any case; not sure what to do.

We understand that you've requested a copy of the notes associated with your Apple ID and you're unable to open them on your Windows computer after unzipping them, correct?
You should be able to open your notes via Notepad on your PC as outlined here: Get a copy of the data associated with your Apple ID account - Apple Support

To clarify, the problem is that I cannot unzip the file on my PC. I tried it on a friend's Mac and on my iPhone and it works, but not on my PC laptop, which is where I need these files.
