Airplay not working on Apple TV 1469

I tried to use Airplay with my MacBook Pro (which has the latest version of macOS) or my iPhone (which also has the latest version of iOS) but it's not working. The apps found the airplay I can do it but then the error that I can't read this file appears or I can't with the app Netflix from my iPhone. Then when I use my Macbook I use the Airplay directly to show the screen on the TV it works but then the video turns black. It worked tho with YouTube from Safari on my MacBook.

Can someone help, Apple TV has the latest version for his model A1469.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for getting back to use théo130.

To confirm, the issue you have using AirPlay from your MacBook Pro to your TV is just with streaming Netflix. Is that correct?

If so, keep in mind that Netflix no longer support AirPlay. They require customers to download their app to the device they wish to stream directly on, like a Smart TV, mobile device, or computer.

Airplay is no longer supported for use with Netflix.

Since you have an Apple TV device connected to your TV, you can download the Netflix app directly to it to use with your TV.

If you are referring to other apps, reply back with which ones. We'll confirm if those allow use with AirPlay or not.

Best regards.
