Cannot download any app from AppStore

When I press the GET button to download an app, it loads a little bit, and then it shows me the GET button again. No matter what I do, like signing out or resetting the iPhone, or even performing a hard reset on the iPhone and setting it up as a new one, it still doesn't work. It started with my iPhone 7 Plus, and then I switched to an iPhone 12 Pro Max, but the error still happens. Based on that, I think the problem is something with my Apple ID.

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
