Is Spotify Premium no longer compatible with Apple Watch?

Spotify Premium on applewatch offline not working Anymore...

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help.. I have been trying to fix this for weeks, this issue has ruined my daily runs..

I used to listen to my Spotify music (premium user) on my watch, when I’m running, without my phone.

  • I have Spotify premium
  • I have iwatch 6 with all software up to date
  • I connect using Bluetooth with my new airpods
  • I have downloaded the music from the Spotify app (on phone) to my watch.
  • I have then gone to the downloaded playlist on my watch (in Spotify)and also hit download

and when i switch off my iphone it doesn’t play as it’s offline. (saying "Something went wrong, check your connection and try again.")

of coure i tried deleting- reinstalling Spotify , restarting the applewatch / iphone , u name it..

Problem is still there..

Dear Apple, kindly awaiting yr official reply..

If you're having a problem with a third-party app, you need to contact the developer of that app.
