Cannot back up my device
Hi, I cannot back up my device since the screen is blackout completely and the phone is unresponsive

- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (could be as long as 30 seconds)
