Why can't I get the latest macOS Moneterye 12.7 software on my mac?

It does not appear on the software update. Could it be because I have an old mac? Mac os Big Sur 11.7.9 is my last update.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Software Update for Early 2015 Mac Hello, I currently have an Early 2015 Macbook Pro Retina 13 inch that is running on OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6. I've downloaded something that requires OS 11 or later, but when I go to look for a Software update in Settings nothing shows up. A1342 software update Hi there! Recently got my old A1342 up and running but the Software on it is really old! The last update was the macOS Sierra Version 10.12 (16A323) Can someone please tell me what the latest software upgrade that is compatible with my mac? I've got some important photos and videos that will be lost if I can't get this sorted. Thank you!
