Apple wallet

Guys like I’m trying to put my cards to Apple wallet but it doesn’t let me but I’m trying in another phone and it works . How do I fix it

Putting credit or debit cards doesn’t make things easier, and perhaps harder. Are both iPhones on the same Apple ID?
