iPhone ringtones

My original new ringtones are gone.

After updating my iPhone 15 Pro all new ringtones have been gone.

I don't have Chirp and the other one.

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

So funny, I lost my data after updating and your recommendation is reset factory. I have lots off app on my cell and I don't have a time to re-enter all passwords and setting. This is not solution to fix the issue. This is easy way for the technical support. I never think apple technical support is poor.

This is not Apple technical support, this is a user to user forum. You were given the advice to restart your phone, this does not wipe out everything, it just clears what's stored in RAM. If you don't want to take advice, then why did you come in here?

Thanks for trying that step. If it didn't help, you have to ask Apple.

They will investigate this and see if it's something they are aware of, the steps you need to take, and what options are needed for them to correct this.
