Apple Pay Travel

I’m from Indonesia and going to Japan soon. Japan’s physical Suica card is in short because of chip shortage and travelers are advised to add Suica Card to Apple Wallet. As users from Indonesia, Apple Wallet cannot be used in any way. So, how so I add the Suica Card to my Apple Wallet as there are no steps needed for me to add any cards to Indonesia’s Apple Wallet?
