A very minor screen scratch on iPhone 15 plus is appearing, there has been no incident involved which caused the scratch, very much amazed why the screen is so fragile!!! Need help, !! After paying bomb of amount for phone, facing such problem such next day is heart breaking

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?
If the above link is of no success, then contact Apple Support, and have them take a look at your iPhone. You have a one-year out-of-the-box limited-warranty. So make use of it, if you have the option. Get this Diagnosed by Apple:
Apple might fix it free of charge, if found to be be faulty device. Set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be looked at and you'll be provided with your options. If there is no local Apple Store nearby, then see about doing send-in service.: Apple would send you a box; > you'd ship the out to them > they'll ship it back to you fixed anew.

Hello~ You can try to get Apple to replace it but unlikely as it will probably be deemed cosmetic damage. Put a screen protector on it…voila. Take it in and see…
