Video not available

Viewing on TV+ app via Comcast. My internet connection fine. I have reset the app multiple times. It looks like it’s working. Clearly signed into account and shows the shows I’ve been watching. I select a show and looks like it’s working but then get error message saying Video not available (see below) I can still watch programs in my other devices, but none of my tvs with Comcast

Contact Comcast.

Perhaps they have a service error. Utility would may be down at the moment due to upgrading to stronger wires. I lost my high streaming service for an hour while they worked on this a few hours ago in my location.
