screen time for family from windows

i want to use screen time for family but i dont have an apple device. my daughter has and iphone is there a way for me to do this?

Screen Time We have family sharing set up between the four of us. All Apple ID's are setup as adult accounts. Since the introduction of iOs 16 I have lost all my screen time usage. Instead I have a message 'As this device is used, screen time will be reported here.'. The devices are all being used so it is not as if I need to wait for someone to use their device. I have turned screen time off and on again. I have rebooted. I have been through every setting on the screen time preferences. I have checked family sharing preferences. I have checked within a laptop and ipad and iphone, both at app level and web level. I just can't seem to get any screen time data to display. I can't even see my own usage. Also the list of devices is different on each device. Some have all 5 devices, others have 3 devices. Another has 1.

Child Screen Time from Web or Android? Is there a way to set up and monitor my child's screen time from the web? My girlfriend is wanting to transition away from iOS to Android, but we still need to manage our sons' iPads. We already have their iPads set up, but she has to approve things like app store purchases from her phone. That is something we're afraid of losing access to if she gets rid of her iPhone.

Control over screen time for multiple devices for each kid via the parent's phone When I set up the screen time I feel a difference between a single and multiple devices for a kid. With a single device I can either control screen time from my phone or their phone. I can also approve screen time requests from both. But when my kid gets an additional device, I can only control one of them. For example, I had control over the iPad, but when my son got an iPhone and logged in with his profile, I no longer get screen time requests and I have to approve them directly on the iPhone instead on my phone. I can also only monitor the stats on my phone for one of the devices (the iPad, i.e. the first one). Is there a way to set up control over multiple devices via the parent's phone?
