Every single day, any phone call I try to make fails, and other people are unable to call me (straight to voicemail). Every day, I have to switch on Airplane mode, and switch it back off again, in order for any phone call to go through. Everything is updated, so why is this happening?

iPhone 11Pro here as well. The airplane mode fix is unacceptable. In an emergency, this will lead to millions of dollars.. I promise. This started with the Fall/Winter 2023 update. Please fix it now. (Everything is updated so it all on Apple).

Factory reset the iPhone if that’s not already been tried, then contact Apple Support.

Remove any VPN add-on apps and try again, then check with the carrier, then check with Apple Support.
With an iPhone 6? If you have an add-on VPN app, remove it. Try again.
Then check first with your carrier, then check with Apple Support.

I keep having to switch on Airplane mode, and back off again, every single day, to be able to make or receive phone calls. iOS and carrier software are all up to date. iPhone 11 Pro. Any ideas?
