Screen is neon/night vision colors but works
My phone is fully working but something happened to the screens color, any worth of trade in? It is an iPhone 11.

Go to Settings>Acessibility>Display & Text Size and turn off ALL the options (except AutoBrightness at the very bottom), then restart your device.
If the issue persists, yes, it could be a hardware (screen? other internal component?) failure and, if you want to trade in, be aware that your iPhone's value is zero. Recycle it.
