Sim Card Compatibility
I know that the iPhone 15 series offers versions with sim trays. Will my current iPhone 11 (not Pro) sim fit on an iPhone 15 Pro Max?

It depends on if you get an iPhone with actual SIM tray. If you do, yes the SIM card from an iPhone 11 will fit. If your iPhone is from the US, it won't fit as no iPhone 15 Model sold in the US has a physical SIM tray. They ALL use eSim.
