New Status Bar Icon Displays in IOS17

I updated my iPhone 14 to IOS17 yesterday and there is a new icon to the right of the time at the top of the screen in the status bar. I’ve tried searching but can’t find this particular icon. Can anyone share what this means, please? Thanks!!
