Message search bar not working

I just switched to the Iphone 15 Pro Max and when I try to search key words in my messages, none of my messages pop up or any of my older messages. HELP

Search in Messages does not work On my iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.0.3, searching in Messages does not work, either from the Messages.app item or from Spotlight. I type in a phrase that I am sure exists however the search result is a blank area. I have occasionally seen a message that more results will be displayed after indexing is complete however this has never happened. The data on my iPhone 15 Pro was transferred via backup from my iPhone 12 Pro where everything worked as expected. Once again I even restored the phone from the backup however this did not help. Searching through the threads here I also came across instructions to enable and disable search in Messages under Siri & Search however this also had no effect. What else can I do?

Message search won’t bring me to specific text message or load full text Hi There, I have an iPhone 14 and when I search in Messages for a word or phrase, it will show my a list of conversations where the word/phrase has been use. When I click on one of those conversations it takes me to the most recent message instead of the specific message containing the word/phrase. Is there solution to this?

iOS17 message search not working On new iphone 15 running latest iOS17, any item input in search in Messages app delivers a blank screen and no inputs. What can be done?

Same issue here iPhone, 13 Pro Max messages were on iCloud for its entire lifespan. I did phone to phone set up to the iPhone 15 Pro, Max, and all of the messages are individually there, and I select the conversation I can scroll back very far but the search feature is no longer going back more than a week or so
