IPhone 15 Pro not seeing 5Ghz signal

My wife and I recently upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro to a 15 Pro and our new phones can not pick up the 5ghz signal

from our router. It only picks up the 2.4ghz signal.

I have aple tv, mac mini, iPad pro and they all detect and connect seamlessly to the 5ghz signal.

I have tried resetting the phone, resetting network connections, cycling the power on the router and phone and nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?

Hi there herman99,

You'll want to be sure you have your router set up optimally for your Apple devices to connect, including your new iPhone. Learn more about how to do that here: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

Next, try working through all the suggestions in this support article: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

If this behavior persists, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly for further assistance. They're best-equipped to take a closer look at the issue and provide some additional guidance. This link will help you get started: Apple Support

Take care.
