why am i being charged $53.00 on cash app from yall???

On August 4 at 12:53am i was charged $53.97 from Apple on cash app someone has my card information n was spending money on my card that i didn’t have on my card. i reported this to cash app and they didn’t do nothing about it. so they told me to contact Apple *** Bill. so not i’m here.
