Keyboard missing in App Library IOS 17

This happens all the time since the last phone update. You can restart the phone and the keyboard will reappear but after a short period of time it disappears again!

Yup. As soon as I upgraded to 15 pro max and 17 iOS it started happening. So annoying along with Apple not letting us change the default notification sound.

It's an OS issue, most likely will take a long while until it gets fixed. For the time being restarting will resolve it short term.

edit: the issue appeared operating system wide with the ios 14 update.

So my keyboard is missing also. And when I try to type or do anything it is jumbled because i Think it is trying to type but randomness is coming out. It is so strange. How long does it take for fixes to come?? Thank you.

Happening to me too! Can't search for some apps because voice recognition doesn't spell them right

i figured out how to fix this! Go to keyboard settings and add a new keyboard / language. Then delete your default one (English). Then add your default language back. Your keyboard should start working again.
