Why Samsung Galexy Earbuds Live don't work with IPhone 12 mini or above Iphone?

My IPhone 12 mini is successfully connected to the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds Live.

The Samsung Galaxy Earbuds Live is fully charged.

Technically everything is fine.

But the voice, music is still heard on the phone, not in the buds while they are in my ears.

What can I do?

if it was me then I would make the phone forget the earbuds and then put them in pairing mode and setup up again

and see if that resolves it.

my next step would be to test then in another iphone to verify the earbuds are ok
