New iphone issue software update blocks

From the screenshot it doesn't appear you're connected to a power source, and it looks like the battery level is possibly below 50%. If you haven't, connect to a power source to see if the update will complete. If not, you can force restart your new iPhone, set it up as a new device, update the software, then restore and transfer your data. Here are guides to help:

2. When able, choose to set up as a new device
