My Apple Watch don't charge. It has a green lighting bolt but no circle around it. It's been charging for 5 hours and doesn't power on. I've tried multiple power ports and outlets which all work fine when charging an iPhone. What does this mean?

I have been trying to charge my Apple Watch for five hours on the charger. When I put it on the charger, it goes from the red lightning bolt to a green lightning bolt. However, I seen pictures that there is a circle around the lightning bolt yet when I have mine on the charger, there is no circle around the lightning bolt. I've tried multiple charging plugs and outlets. All of these work fine to charge an iPhone I'm plugging in the watch charger and it appears to charge yet. It has not changed it status at all. Please help.
