My App Store was set to automatically update and FCP updated to 10.6.9. This made several plugins unusable. I don't have a time machine backup that could reverse that FCP version.
Is there any other way to downgrade to 10.6.8?
You have a Time Machine backup? Why not navigate into a date prior to the FCP update and copy the older version to your Applications folder? (You should first rename the current one to something like Final Cut Pro-10.6.9.app).
If you don't have any backups you could ask a kind soul on another forum.

I do have my wife's TM backup however. I'll try that.
