WatchOS 10 update in Serie 5 Issues

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of updating to the latest version of watchOS 10. If I knew what I know today, I wouldn't have done it..

I want to see if anyone else has been having problems with the Apple Watch Series 5 (or other versions) with the battery status, which now doesn't even last 12 hours (without monitoring physical activity) when before I could have 19 hours functionality, as well as the heartbeat itself has stopped to work (after updating to the new version).

I already did this first troubleshooting, unpair and repair the watch. I continue to have the same issue. Unfortunately it’s impossible to return to an old software version.. I’ve tried to upload a backup with watchOS 8.. was imediatly as 10.

I can’t have my hearth rate monitoring, fitness monitoring (activity of number of steps, hours that i’m up, calories, etc) and the battery is going too fast.

This started after an automatic update on last sunday’s night, to monday (i put my watch in charge during that night). Since monday, no activity. On Sunday, i had all the features working.

It’s 78% (i have this watch since Nov 2019).

Before this new software version, the battery lifetime was 17 ~ 18 hours (without monitoring physical activity, otherwise it would last less, having Strava working) but now it’s less than 12 hours.

Even today, in the morning, 4 minutes after removing the watch from charging (100%), it was already in 97%. Until sunday, this didn’t happen.
