How to fully turn off contact photo & poster feature in iOS 17?

Can I fully turn off the Contact Photo & Poster feature? What I want to do is turn off the feature so the contact cards on my Phone app would look like before updating to iOS17. 

I use an iPhone 12 Mini, the new poster feature and the Contact photo option on the top of the contact card takes up too much room on the small screen. The cards also have an uglily bright background now. I have no interest for this feature and just want my phone to work like it used to. Now I can’t get to the actual contacts, phone numbers and emails etc. without scrolling the card every time. 

This is very difficult to understand. I have a ton of contacts that I use daily and the reason for opening their individual contact cards is to reach them, via phone or email. Now this very feature, that the whole card exists for, has become more difficult to use. It’s so backwards it’s infuriating.
