Uploading pictures

When i upload to facebook my picture goes blurry. But before its fine. I have good internet and an iphone 14, I dont get it lol

photos blurring pixel art so no matter what i do, no matter what i use, the pixel art i made from procreate gets blurred in photos and whatsapp, i know there is a filter or something blurring it to supposedly make it better, but how do i turn it off?
