Have not received the trade in kit as of yet. Please advise

The last time I traded, my trade-in kit arrived 2 or 3 days after my new device. It was shipped from a different location and by a different shipping method than the new device.

If I remember correctly, they emailed me when it shipped. If you haven't received an email or the kit you may want to contact Apple Sales Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE to see if they can help.
