I have a Iphone 13pro max with sim lock, bought it on amazon and they said I should contact you directly, can you help me?

Only the cellular provider that locked it can unlock it, nobody else can.

Either find out from the seller what provider they use. Then either swap to that provider or ask the provider to unlock it (good luck as they may refuse)

Maybe ask for a refund.
