Fitness app reports wrong time for half marathon

Today I ran an organised half marathon in about 2 hours 5 minutes. My Apple Watch recorded a distance of 21.09 km, which is not actually a half-marathon distance by a few meters. This I don’t have a problem with, I was not expecting perfect correlation between the course stated distance and what my watch measured. The problem is that the fitness app on my phone is saying I completed a half-marathon in a time under 2 hours. The time is close to the time it took me to run the first 20k of the course.

I have seen this before on training runs, but was not absolutely certain whether the issue was distance measured or what the app was calling a half-marathon. Now I’m sure; the fitness app is calling a distance of about 20km (not 21.1) a half-marathon.

the first time I observed this was with IOs16 and watchOS 9, today I have the latest of both(17 & 10)

I have tried to forward the feedback but not sure how to get it to the right department in Apple. Seems like an easy fix if the right department is made aware. Anyone who can help with that?

Summary of the problem: Watch tracks long runs correctly (thus no need to recalibrate etc.) but award for fastest half marathon is issued based on 20000 m and not the correct 21097.5 m.
